All construction projects start with dirt work, excavation and site work. Clearing out debris, moving dirt, spreading rock is almost always the first step required for a successful construction project. 

At the end of of the project the last step is the same as the first, moving dirt. To successfully finish a construction project the dirt needs to be graded to make sure the water flows properly, everything is compacted and the ground is ready to grow grass.
